If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and the full price of the booked treatment will be charged.

 

Cancellation
If you cancel a day in advance, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
If you cancel on the same day, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

 

Rescheduling Appointments
Rescheduling an appointment is free of charge, provided it is done at least 48 hours in advance.
For courses, rescheduling is only possible up to one week in advance. Otherwise the full amount will be charged.
You can reschedule your appointment via the link at the bottom of your confirmation email, not through Instagram DMs or WhatsApp. Messages sent via WhatsApp or Instagram DMs do not count as a valid cancellation. Unless it is a same day cancel, or a day in advance, but the fees still apply.

 

Guarantee
If any issues occur within 7 days after the treatment, thew will be repaired free of charge. An appointment must be scheduled within this period. After these 7 days, the guarantee expires.
Not satisfied with the appearance of your nails? Please mention this during the appointment. After the appointment has ended, no further adjustments can be made.

 

Payment
Payments can only be made by card.

 

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required for every appointment based on the total amount.
Your appointment is only fully confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Agreement
By paying the deposit, you automatically agree to all of the above house rules. These conditions apply to nail treatments, jewelry appointments, tooth gems, and courses.
